France and Tonga team announcements for their 2011 Rugby World Cup Pool A test at Wellington Regional Stadium in Wellington on Saturday the 1st of October at 6pm.
Tonga, despite being one of the most supported teams at the World Cup have had a relatively disappointing tournament. They will be giving this match everything in the hope of an upset. Only Tonga and the All Blacks have sold out all of their matches so far.
France have persisted with Morgan Parra at number 10, despite him being a regular half back. Maxime Médard gets an opportunity at fullback. Last weekend France were embarrassed by the All Blacks at Eden Park and they will be hoping for an impressive performance so they can go into the finals with some confidence.
